Umow Lai's Graduate Recruitment Program aims to attract, develop and retain talented individuals who want to embark on a challenging career within the consulting building engineering services industry.

Graduate Development Program

All graduate engineers are placed in the Umow Lai Graduate Engineers’ Program which has been specifically developed to assist with the professional development of each graduate.

The program provides additional training beyond the standard on the job experience, incorporates internal and external professional development.

Each graduate is paired with a ‘Mentor’ who will provide professional guidance, advice and feedback to the graduate.

Umow Lai welcomes applications from graduate engineers for all of the of building engineering disciplines offered by the firm.
